Estèlligence CEO Kuba Tymula receives an award in Business & Finance category of “Top 10 Entrepreneurial Poland” ranking Young entrepreneur is recognized for his persistence and creative attitude to making business. A panel consisting of seasoned business professionals and top journalists in Poland chose ten best entrepreneurs of the young generation in diverse categories among 170 candidates. Kuba Tymula was awarded in the “Business and Finance” category. “I am grateful for the award. It is an honor to be recognized as one of top young entrepreneurs, especially in a market so competitive as Poland, where most people are entrepreneurs in heart” commented Tymula. “This is a great acknowledgment also for the entire team of Estèlligence”. Tymula, thanks to his entrepreneurial attitude has already financed his studies of Economics at Cambridge University by selling shares in himself – for each GBP 300 paid in, he will pay out 0.2% of his income between 2009-2014. He is currently juggling between leading a quickly growing start-up in Poland and studying for an MBA at Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL. His current focus is Estèlligence – a company that is transforming itself from an accounting company to a chain of Centers of Entrepreneurship, providing a one-stop-shop for small and medium size enterprises (SMEs). The company is raising capital and is planning to list on New Connect - the alternative market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Tymula is trying to show all Polish people that he is building a company where entrepreneurial spirit pays off – he is gathering a group of young and talented people to the next phase of growth of Estèlligence, which is creating of a chain of branches throughout Poland and introducing innovative technologies to spur the growth of SMEs in Poland. Kuba Tymuła was born in Gdańsk in Poland. Thanks to his scholarships he studied at Clifton College, and then graduated with an Economics degree from Cambridge University. He worked for Merrill Lynch in New York and London, for UniCredit Group in Milan, and McKinsey & Company in San Francisco. His hobby are long distance running (winner of Bristol Half Marathon in Under 21 category with 1h21min), cooking and playing the guitar. |
